Ways to work together

Build the product.
Fix the workflow.
Move the business forward.

You do not need another disconnected tool. You need the right technology for the work your business is trying to do.

01 · Custom software & products

You have a product idea. Or a process your current tools cannot handle.

Turn it into an application built around your users, your business, and the work that needs to happen.

02 · AI & workflow automation

Your team spends too much time following up, copying data, and checking the next step.

Connect your CRM, your communication tools, and your workflows. Apply AI where it is useful, with people in control where it matters.

A clear starting point

The first step is understanding the work.

Scope, responsibilities, budget, and timeline are agreed before a build starts.

  1. 01

    Understand the work.

Start with the people, the bottleneck, and the business outcome. Not a tool shopping list.

  2. 02

    Define the right build.

Agree on scope, priorities, dependencies, and what a successful handoff should look like.

  3. 03

Build, test, put it to work.

Make the workflow tangible, review it together, and prepare the team to use it.

Common questions

Before we build.

What kinds of projects are a good fit?

Custom software, internal tools, customer portals, AI applications, and CRM workflows. A good starting point is a specific business problem or a product idea with a clear audience.

Do I need a finished technical brief?

No. Bring the problem, the tools you use today, and what you want to change. Discovery is where we determine the scope, technical approach, and whether the project is a fit.

Do you only work in mortgage and real estate?

Those industries are my foundation, not the boundary. I also work on operational and software problems in other businesses. The first conversation establishes the fit.

Can you work with our existing systems?

That is part of scoping. We review the current tools, available APIs, data access, and constraints before deciding what to integrate, improve, or replace.

How are projects priced and delivered?

Scope, responsibilities, budget, timeline, and the appropriate engagement arrangement are agreed before work starts. My work includes personal products and technology leadership at Cuantico AI; the engagement should match the project.

Let’s build something useful

What would you like to make work better?

Bring the business problem, the product idea, or the workflow that is holding your team back. We will start with the right conversation.
