The business problem
Why this needed to exist.
An AI conversation is not the entire customer experience. The information needs to reach the CRM, the right workflow needs to run, and a person needs to take over when the situation calls for judgment.
My work
What I built.
At Cuantico AI, I lead AI and technology strategy and build custom tools, voice agents, conversational AI, and CRM automation. I work from the operational problem through the technical approach and implementation.
The result of the build
A more connected way to work.
A combination of technology leadership and hands-on delivery, connecting AI features to practical workflows rather than treating them as isolated demonstrations.
Decisions behind the build
The thinking is part of the product.
- 01
Start with a useful job.
Define what the AI should handle, what information it needs, and where a person should remain responsible.
- 02
Connect the next step.
A conversation is useful when the information and the follow-up reach the people and systems that need them.
- 03
Treat implementation as part of strategy.
The roadmap and the working system belong in the same conversation, including team adoption and operational ownership.
