For organizers and teams

Speaking and training

I speak, I train, and I run a community. Here's what I get up there to talk about, and how to get me in the room.

The talks

What I actually talk about

  • Time, leads, and the day that eats you alive

For a room of loan officers or realtors. We walk through where your day actually goes, why the leads leak out the bottom, and the first thing worth handing to a machine. It's my "Time, Leads and Inefficiency" talk, and most people see themselves in it pretty fast!

  • What AI is actually good at (and what it's not)

For sales and ops teams. I cut through the hype and show you the handful of jobs AI genuinely does well, and the ones it'll quietly wreck if you let it. Pattern recognition, summarizing, fast first responses, staying consistent. Not replacing your people.

How it works

How getting me in the room works

A keynote, a half-day workshop, or hands-on training for your team. Remote or in person, your room or mine. For a keynote I just need a screen and a mic. For training I'll want to know what your people actually do all day, so we can automate a real piece of it in the room instead of talking about it.

You leave with something that works, not a folder of notes. That's the whole point.

The rooms

A few of the rooms I've been in

  • Jonathan presenting to a seated audience beside a slide titled The Struggle: Time, Leads and Inefficiency.
  • Jonathan speaking to a workshop audience with one hand raised.
  • Jonathan leading an AI systems workshop in front of a presentation screen.
  • Jonathan mid-talk with both hands raised beside a slide titled What AI Is Actually Good At.
