AI and Business Automations Specialist

Your business should run without you in it.

Jonathan Ferrell. AI and Business Automations Specialist. Founder of AutomatedLO. Chief Operations Officer of Cuantico AI.

Currently: building all of it in public, so you can watch the whole thing happen!

Delegate · Automate · Dominate The whole point of all of it: I'm home for dinner.

What I build

Here's what I've actually built.

SYSTEM 01

Palantir

135 accounts watched

It watches about 135 client GoHighLevel accounts from one screen and tells me which ones actually need a human.

Before it, somebody opened 135 dashboards by hand to find the one that was on fire. Now the fleet tells on itself.

One fleet watchtower over the GoHighLevel accounts it monitors.

SYSTEM 02

The brand engine

236 videos rendered

It renders finished videos off one repeatable template. It's pushed 236 out the other end so far.

Somebody sitting in an editor cutting each one by hand.

Count of finished renders the pipeline produced.

SYSTEM 03

The Guild

119 skills built

It's a library of 119 skills and 112 specialist agents that build and arm each other.

Me doing every one of those jobs by hand. Now the tooling extends itself.

119 skills and 112 guardians in the cuantico-skills library.

There's more on the work page

A good night

HighLevel handed us Gold. Twice.

One of two SaaSPRENEUR Golds. This one's the LEVELUP stage, 2025. That's me, second from left.

The pattern

Every machine up there runs the same three moves.

I've run the same three on every one of them, and they've got a name.

  1. Delegate

Give away the work that was never really yours.

  2. Automate

Hand the stuff that repeats to a machine that doesn't get tired.

  3. Dominate

Then be undeniable at the one thing that's actually yours.

Do all three and you get the only thing I actually care about: I'm home for dinner.

Who I am

I'm a dad and a husband first, then a builder and a professional problem solver. That order matters. If my whole pitch is getting your life back, it doesn't mean much coming from a guy who doesn't have one.

The rest of it is showing up: rooms full of loan officers, teams that want their afternoons back, and the odd stage. That's the part I actually enjoy.

The ask

Bring me the problem nobody else will touch.

That's the work I actually want. And if you'd rather just watch how it gets built, the newsletter goes out most weeks. It's free and you can leave any time.

The newsletter

What I built that week and what broke. Usually Sunday. One click to leave, and I put that link at the top of every email instead of burying it at the bottom.

Your address goes nowhere else. I don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to a partner.
