I'm Jonathan Ferrell, Chief AI Officer / CTO at Cuantico AI and founder of AutomatedRE and AutomatedLO. I work at the intersection of business operations, product development, and applied AI.

How I got here
Close to the business.
Close to the build.
I started in mortgage lending in 2011. Originating loans and running a branch gave me a close look at the work behind the customer experience: the repeated data entry, the disconnected tools, and the handoffs that depend on someone remembering the next step.
That experience became the starting point for building CRM systems, automation, and software. I understand the process from the business side, and I work hands-on with the technology that supports it.
Today my work includes AI and technology leadership at Cuantico AI, product development for AutomatedRE, and training through AutomatedLO. I help turn operational problems into a clear technical approach, then work through the build.
Outside the work, I am a husband and a dad. Building useful systems matters to me because people should have more room for the work and the life they care about.
