The man behind the systems
A dad, a husband, a builder, a leader.
In that order, and the order matters.

First
Dad and husband, before any of the rest of it. That's not the warm-up line at the top of an about page, it's the whole argument. If I'm selling you a way to get your life back, it doesn't mean much coming from a guy who doesn't have one.
Mine starts at home. The fact that I'm there for dinner is honestly the only proof I've got that any of this actually works.
What I do
I build cool shit that makes companies run.
That's the plainest way I know how to say it, and every more professional version I've tried has come out worse. I'm a professional problem solver, and what I'm really selling is a way of thinking, not hours and not software.
How
I think like there's no box. People pay me for my brain, and what it produces is a way of thinking that ends with a business running without you in it. It isn't hours, it isn't software, and it isn't a course. It's a method.
It's called Delegate, Automate, Dominate, and I ran it on my own job before I ever taught it.
Where I do it
I was a top-producing loan officer. I built the Two Mortgage Guys team from the ground up, and I won three best-rated mortgage awards in back-to-back years. I still originate today, lighter than my peak, but I never left the business. I'm not an ex-LO who talks about mortgages from the outside.
Along the way I automated my own job. That's where AutomatedLO came from, and it's why I'm not a consultant who just read about automation somewhere. I did it to myself first.
Then I started building for everyone else. E Mortgage Capital, InstaMortgage, Partners Mortgage, Introlend, Loan Officer Leads Academy, the Tiffany Rose Coaching platform, and Cuantico AI all run on complete CRM systems I built. By my count, more than fifteen hundred loan officers work inside them.
These days I speak, I train, I run a community, and I'm Chief Operations Officer of Cuantico AI. Having the time to do all of that is the point of the whole thing.
Building in public
The work is better when people can see it happen.
