Privacy

This page is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes what the site actually does. It is not yet a complete privacy notice.

What I collect

There are two forms. The newsletter form asks for one thing, your email address: no name field, no company field, no phone field. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message box.

Alongside either one I pass on where you arrived from, if that information was in the link you clicked: the campaign tags in the URL, and the site that referred you. If you arrived directly, there is nothing to pass on and nothing is passed on.

If you book a call, that booking happens inside a scheduling widget on the booking section of the home page. The widget is run by the same customer relationship tool described below, and whatever you enter there goes to it directly, not through this site.

What I do with it

This website does not keep its own copy. What you submit is passed straight to the customer relationship tool I use to run the newsletter and my follow-up, and that tool is where it lives. I read the contact form myself. Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to a partner.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views, measure load performance, and count aggregate actions such as CTA clicks, opening or completing the scheduler, and successful newsletter signups. Analytics never receives your email address, form contents, campaign tags, referrer, full query string, or scheduling-widget payload. The tools do not set cookies and do not track you across other websites.

Leaving

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the top, not buried at the bottom. One click and you are out.

Still to be written

How long the address is kept, how to ask for a copy or a deletion, who the data controller is, and the lawful basis for processing. These need a lawyer, not a developer, and they will be here before this site replaces the current one.
