My approach to better work
A simple way to think about the work: give it the right owner, automate what repeats, and focus your attention where it makes the biggest difference.
01 · Delegate
Before choosing a tool, decide who should be responsible for the task. Define the handoff, the information they need, and what a good result looks like. Automation should support that ownership, not hide the lack of it.
02 · Automate
Look for tasks with clear inputs, repeatable steps, and a result you can check. Build a path for exceptions and human review rather than assuming every situation will fit the normal case.
03 · Dominate
For me, this is not about beating a competitor. It is about making room for judgment, relationships, and the work that deserves your attention. Better systems should give people more room to do that work well.
